Coming Fall 2025

As a church, we desire to equip and empower every believer to grow in confidence and competency as a leader. This residency is designed to foster, challenge, create, and further grow each resident in their walk with Jesus. The goal of this residency is to"equip and empower leaders to grow in their understanding and competency of leadership in order to serve the local church for the glory of God." We hope a strong residency program will help us fill our leadership pipeline. Additionally, we anticipate residents will help us broaden and expand our perspectives for ministry and capacity to communicate the Gospel, and be sent out to continue the mission of 500.50.5.
